These terms cover the Grid Rooms game and its companion website, provided by theshaenix.

Using the game

You may use Grid Rooms for personal entertainment in accordance with these terms, applicable laws, and your app store’s terms. Do not interfere with the game or its advertising systems, automate fraudulent ad interactions, or use the service unlawfully. If local law requires parental or guardian consent, obtain it before using the game.

Game content

The game’s branding, artwork, code, and other content belong to theshaenix or their respective licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership to you. Applicable legal exceptions remain available.

Progress and availability

Progress is stored locally. Clearing data, removing the app, device failures, or changes to device backups can affect your save. The game does not provide account-based cloud recovery. Features and puzzle content may change with updates, and services may sometimes be unavailable.

Advertisements and hints

The game contains ads. Rewarded ads are optional and grant the stated in-game reward when the ad provider confirms completion. Ad availability is not guaranteed. Hints and other game rewards have no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged for money.

Privacy and third-party services

Our Privacy policy explains data handling. App stores, advertisers, and external websites operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

Your legal rights

We aim to provide a reliable game, but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the game is provided as available. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
