A LITTLE HELP, WHEN YOU NEED IT
Make yourself at home.
A stuck puzzle, a missing hint, or a question about your data. Start here.
How do I solve a puzzle?
Drag from one corner to another to draw a rectangle. Each room must contain exactly one clue, and its area must match that clue. Fill the board without gaps or overlaps. Later houses introduce square rooms, hidden clues, and pillars.
Can I fix an earlier room?
Yes. Tap a filled room to select it, then choose Remove. The other rooms stay in place. The Restore action can put it back if you change your mind. Undo removes your most recent room when no room is selected.
Does Grid Rooms work offline?
Campaign puzzles and generated challenges work offline. Advertising, including rewarded hints, needs an internet connection. No game account is required.
How do hints work?
The first hint in each puzzle is free. Additional hints can be earned by choosing to watch a rewarded ad. A reward is granted only when the ad provider confirms it was earned. If an ad is unavailable, you can keep playing or try again later.
Why is the next house locked?
Complete 15 puzzles in the preceding house to unlock the next pack. Levels within each house unlock as you progress.
Where is my progress saved?
Progress is saved on your device. Grid Rooms does not offer account-based cloud sync. Clearing app storage or changing devices may remove your progress, depending on operating-system backups. We cannot recover a save that existed only on your device.
How do I change ad privacy choices?
Open game Settings and choose Ad privacy choices when available in your region. You can also manage your advertising ID in Android’s privacy settings.
