You do not need an account to play Grid Rooms. Your saved game lives on your device.

Delete your saved game

1. Open your Android device’s Settings.
2. Go to Apps → Grid Rooms → Storage, or Storage & cache.
3. Choose Clear storage or Clear data and confirm.

Menu names vary by device. Clearing storage permanently removes local progress, stars, unfinished puzzles, streaks, and preferences. Uninstalling also removes the app’s local data. Check your device’s backup settings if you also want to remove any operating-system backup. A restored backup may bring saved progress back.

Manage advertising information

Open Settings → Ad privacy choices in Grid Rooms when that option is available. You can also reset or delete your advertising ID in Android settings. Clearing game data does not itself delete data already processed by Google. See Google’s privacy controls for those options.

Delete information you sent us

If you contacted support, email shahidshamimshah3@gmail.com from the address you used and tell us which correspondence you want deleted. We may need to verify your request. We will explain if legal obligations require us to retain any information.
